Beauty Point is a family owned and operated resort. The Jabbour Family Group has been operating in St George and Sutherland Shire for 50 years. The owner, George Jabbour lives locally in Kangaroo Point and works full time personally on site.
The recent construction was undertaken by George Jabbour and his building company Cuzeno builders.
The management and staff are passionate about the service they provide to all residents and are always available to hear residents feedback about the resort.
The Perpetual Trustee Company Limited is the trustee of the village so you can have peace of mind knowing your investment is secure.
Beauty Point is fully accredited by the Retirement Villages Association.

Our apartment's been designed for maximum privacy. We've lived in our own home all our lives so that's very important to us - we haven't lost any of our independence. The way the design has been done you wouldn't know there was anyone else here.

The on site handyman's my favorite service. If something goes wrong he's only a phone call away every day. Tradespeople can be so expensive these days and sometimes you don't know whether they've done the right thing. Having your own personal handyman is so convenient and here it's free.

I've got peace of mind knowing there's trained medical personnel on site 24 hours a day. At some places we looked at when you pressed the call button you were answered by a call centre. Here the staff are on site 24 hours. It means I can relax and enjoy myself knowing that I've got the backup if I need it.
